Red chilli Syrup


6-7 Red chillies
1 cup water
1 and half cup sugar


  1. wash the chillis, seed them and chop them coarsely.
  2. Add water and sugar into a vessel and get it to the boil.
  3. Add the chopped chillies to the sugar syrup and let it cook on medium to low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Turn off the flame and pour he syrup into a glass jar.
  5. Let it cool and then cover it tightly.

You can refrigerate it and use it for a month.
