
Ingredients:
½ Kg bendi / okra
3 tablespoons rice flour
4 tablespoons Besan
salt to taste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Oil to deep fry
Directions:
- Clean the okra with a wet cloth and cut them vertically.
- Add besan, rice flour, salt, chilli powder to the bendi and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and sprinkle a bit of water to it and mix well so that all the pieces are well coated.
- Heat oil for deep fry. Fry the bendi on medium to high flame till they are well fried and crispy.
- Serve it hot.
