Dal baati


  • 3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup suji
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1¼ cup lukewarm water
  • salt as per taste


  1. Make a soft dough out of  suji and mixed  with salt, ghee & lukewarm water.
  2. Set aside for half an hour.
  3. Make round balls with the dough.
  4. Brush the baati with ghee.
  5. Bake  the baati in a preheated  oven at 180° C for 30 minutes or until it is done.
  6. Once it is cool  down break the  baatis  and pour ghee into them  while serving.
