1 cup wheat flour
2 tablespoons of rice flour
1/3 cup jaggery /sugar
a pinch of salt
1 1/4th cup water
- Take a bowl and dissolve jaggery in water.
- Add salt, rice flour and wheat flour to the jaggery water and mix without any lumps. Let this settle for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat the dosa pan and grease it with ghee.
- When the pan is hot enough spread the dosa batter on the pan and cook both sides.
- Serve it hot or cold.
