- 250 grams of sesame seeds .
- 5-6 red chilies.
- half table spoon salt .
- Take a pan, and add the sesame seeds,splitted dry chilies into it .
- Roast them on medium flame till they are puffy .
- Now turn off the flame and let it cool for some time.
- Once the mixture is cooled down , grind it into a coarse powder.
- Store the powder in an air tight container and serve it with hot rice or idly.
